Our Herbal Teas

We grow all ingredients ourselves, offering teas with peak flavor and freshness.

Nettle Mint Tonic

Nettles • peppermint • mentuccia romana • lemon balm • Korean licorice mint • raspberry leaf

A peppermint-forward tea blend, with hints of licorice from the Korean licorice mint. Nettles & raspberry leaves add healthy vitamins & minerals.

Uplift
– sold out –

Tulsi (holy basil) • anise hyssop • lavender • lemon balm • St. John’s wort  • calendula blossom

A relaxing, uplifting tea. Tulsi has a pleasant taste, ranging from fruity to clove-like. Anise hyssop adds a hint of licorice, lemon balm a mild bit of citrus, and St. John’s wort brightens your day.

Coyote Moon

Coyote mint • mentuccia romana • nettles • anise hyssop • calendula blossom

Western US native Coyote Mint combined with mentuccia romana for a unique menthol flavor. Smooth minty spiciness lingers and feels great on the throat.

Relief
– sold out –

Meadowsweet flower • American skullcap • lemon balm • chamomile • lavender • apple mint • linden flower

This tea combines nerve-calming and aromatic herbs in a blend useful for soothing headaches, easing muscle tension, calming nausea, and even for encouraging sleep. Adding just a bit of honey helps smooth out the mild bitterness.

Wilhardt Woods is a small-scale venture focused on plants that nurture and heal, and on healthy, regenerative growing practices.

We have been planting and growing on our seven-acre property on South Whidbey Island for more than a decade. Our herbal teas are made exclusively with plants we grow here on the farm, and are sold locally when available.

More than half of the land we steward is healthy second-growth forest, which we maintain for long-term preservation. Roughly three acres was open, mowed pasture when we moved here. Since then, we have planted hundreds of native trees and shrubs to encourage wildlife diversity & ecosystem restoration. We have also established permaculture-style orchards anchored by various fruit & nut trees, berry bushes, and gardens for annuals and perennials.

Many of the plants we grow serve multiple purposes — food & medicine for wildlife, food & medicine for humans, beauty, ecosystem support, wildlife habitat, climate resilience, soil building.

Supporting and nurturing diverse and abundant life is a primary goal as we continue to experiment with growing & using plants.
